Hi all! I have a problem with email security. I have always used a regular password, but recently I heard about tokens. I was told that they can increase the level of protection, and I was wondering if it is worth switching to this method. I almost fell for a scam once, and now I try to be more careful. Does anyone have experience using tokens for email? How does it affect my daily use of email?

I'm tired of the restrictions and problems with mail forwarding. Sometimes I am afraid that my mail will be lost or delayed. Recently I found out about Capital Office, it seems much more convenient. They give you a London business address and a virtual mailbox where you can view, manage, and forward your mail anywhere, is this a good royal mail redirection option? Has anyone tried this service?
Email security is becoming an increasingly important issue. With data leaks and account hacks constantly occurring, it is important to find effective ways to protect information. I have also thought about implementing tokens, but have not yet decided. I wonder what tokens other users prefer to use. I hope you can get some useful tips and recommendations here!
Using tokens for email can really improve security. I have been using tokens for a few years now and I can say that it is much more secure than just passwords. Especially if you have information that you don't want anyone to see. You can read about how it works in totp rfc. It is quite simple and effective! Now I sleep better knowing that my email is protected.
